With over 12 years of field experience in GPS, CANbus, camera systems, and sensor integrations, Nikos leads our technical training from the ground up. He has managed fleet rollouts across logistics, public transport, and construction sectors — often in challenging environments where precision and reliability are key. At Skytrack Academy, Nikos brings real-world expertise into every installation module, helping students gain the confidence to solve real problems on the road, in the workshop, or under the dashboard.

Head of Technical Support
Dimitris brings over a decade of experience in technical diagnostics, platform support, and customer success within the telematics and IoT sector. As the bridge between technology and the end-user, he leads Skytrack Academy’s support training. His focus is on building both technical accuracy and client trust, preparing learners for the most demanding support roles in fleet technology.
